About Us

AA Commissioning was founded in December 2013 by Andrew Summersgill and Arden Christian. Between us both we have over 15 years of experience in the Lighting Controls and Electrical Industry.

We have worked on many control systems from Helvar, Luxonic and Whitecroft Dali Lighting Control Systems to CP Electronics in schools, warehouses, offices, public libraries, colleges, universities and even car parks. We also do houses.

We are based in the Greater Manchester and Merseyside area of England and our work leads us beyond these areas to all over the UK and further.

Directors Statement

Having both maintained the Helvar/Dali Lighting Control System on the Liverpool schools and numerous projects across the country, and having over 15 years experience between us.

We both saw an opportunity in the market for a good lighting commissioning/maintenance service provider in the North West of England, covering the UK and beyond, so we decided to set up AA Commissioning Services LTD to fill this void.

Services

We specialise in the Dali Lighting System. We can program, reprogram, maintain, install and rectify the lighting control system. We can also design the Lighting Control System to your specification.

The Dali Lighting System’s capabilities are vast. Not only can we control a group of lights in a room we can also interact those lights with corridors, with alarm systems, with practically anything.

Scene setting can be used in the classrooms, theaters and even in cinema rooms in homes.

Timer events can be programmed to turn lights inside and outside on and off as a security feature and with an astronomical clock integrated into the system, sunrise and sunset events change 365 times a year.
